Prime yourself to choreograph and lead the “dance” of culture change. As you open up to deep self-awareness and grow with others, you’ll gain the knowledge needed to think through organizational change, and the skills necessary to design and facilitate change processes. Come empty handed, leave with a duffel bag of tools you will be proficient at using including handouts, curricula, video, DVD, textbook and music!

This intensive was designed to meet your needs whether you are knowledgeable about culture change and want to learn how to help others; or a skilled facilitator just learning the content of culture change for your changing organization. You will have the opportunity to experience the Household Model, within the training milieu and in a visit to a nearby organization.  You will learn as much from each other as from the presenters who are experts in the deep culture change and the Household Model. You will have the opportunity for new friends and a support network for the development of your facilitation skills.

Presenters: LaVrene Norton and Megan Hannan, Action Pact consultants

Tuition and session details: The session begins Sunday afternoon, allowing you to fly in on Sunday morning if desired, and continues through the following Friday, leaving you plenty of time to get to the airport for an early evening flight out.

The fee of $2,800 includes tuition, 3 textbooks, 2 magazines, 3 workbooks and a DVD, breakfast and lunch each day and dinner on two evenings. Information on reasonably priced lodging nearby will be provided. Class sizes on these sessions are limited to a small number of participants, so sign up early to guarantee your spot.

For more information on the training content, see the detailed agenda here.  If you still have questions, call (414) 258-3649 or email one of the trainers: megan@actionpact.com or lavrene@actionpact.com
