Before and After

Our friends at Huntersville Oaks in Charlotte, NC have recently crossed that line into the "after" - that is after culture change, after institution and after lots of hard work. Their move into new households has drawn local media attention. I'm pointing out these two articles from Charlotte Medical News and Charlotte Observer because they do a really nice job of showing the difference between before and after and highlight some great improvements in person-centered care.
